Toast Rounds With Bacon, Egg, & Cheese

These delightful little breakfast treats are simple to make and are sure to be a hit.
  • Preheat oven to  400° F
  • Cook bacon in a frying pan until it is about half way done (3-4 min). Do not cook until completely crispy!
  • Cut 3" - 5 " rounds of bread (you can either use a cookie cutter or the top of a drinking glass)
  • Grease a muffin pan with butter and press the bread rounds into muffin cups
  • Insert a piece of bacon around each bread round between bread and side of muffin pan cup
  • Add desired amount of cheese on top of each bread round
  • Crack an egg and remove about half of the egg white. Lay the remaining egg white and yolk on top of the cheese/bread round. Be careful not to break the yolk. Repeat this step for each  of your bread rounds.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until eggs and bacon are cooked to your liking
  • Remove toast rounds by running a butter knife around the edges of each muffin cup and popping out the toast rounds
  • Add salt n pepper to taste
  • Enjoy!
